I went to Top Class because I wanted a really obvious nose revision!! I wanted it high, and at first I liked it, but the nose gradually came down. Now it has come down almost completely. Maybe because it was done with mesh.. If you make it too high, it seems like the nose bends. People said it looked a little crooked..
