They recommended donated rib cartilage right away at the first consultation.. When I worried about side effects, they said there was nothing like that. They said silicone side effects are 99 percent, but when I checked online, there were a huge number of side effects. The director seemed crazy busy, came in and then immediately left. The clinic had a good atmosphere and was crowded.
