I wanted a glamorous nose, so I asked them to make it as high and glamorous as possible. Before surgery, they also told me that they would try their best to match the nostril size, but it might not match well. I ended up with a nose that was exactly as glamorous as I wanted, but it does not suit my face. Maybe because my nose is long, people keep saying it is too much wherever I go, so I am thinking about revision surgery. I had visited once because of revision surgery, but they did not recommend it. My nostrils are also very uneven, but still, that was what I wanted, so there is nothing I can do. As other posts here said, people with a small nose will probably get a really pretty result. The nose is truly glamorous and pretty. Maybe because I had it done on a long nose, it looks especially overdone and I have lost my femininity.. haha
