I did it a few years later because I was unhappy with where I had my first surgery. I heard that Top Clinic was good at noses, so I went there and had it done. At first I wondered if it had become too high, but the doctor said it would gradually look more natural. Now several years have passed and it has become natural. But the tip of my nose kept rising and in the end it is becoming a upturned nose. I am seriously thinking about whether I need to do it again.
