I had my first nose surgery in 2016. My bridge was low, so it stressed me out since I was little, and my parents also used to say we should definitely raise my nose later, haha, so I looked up reviews on a cosmetic surgery app and visited three or four places. Topclinic seemed to make glamorous results really well. I also liked that the clinic didn't feel factory-like. But I asked them to make it as high as possible, and they said the maximum was 4 mm or 3.5 mm and that they had already set it to the maximum. It came out more natural than I expected. My nose had really been too low, though.... Friends I met after a long time didn't even know I'd had surgery and thought I'd just changed how I did my makeup. When I showed them my pre-op photos, they said it had changed a lot and that the surgery was much better, but I still feel disappointed. lol
