The consultation manager was around my age, so the consultation felt comfortable. I was a bit uneasy when I heard they don’t use ear cartilage, but they said donor rib cartilage would be enough, and when I thought about it, ear cartilage would probably hurt more, so I chose that. I’m satisfied with the clinic’s kindness, including the doctor and the surgical staff.
