My nose is low and round. On top of that, my skin is thin and my nose is small, so I came here wanting a glamorous nose. The staff were kind, but there was a slightly obligatory, cynical kind of feeling. The manager had a lot of experience, so to speak, you know, real seasoned know-how. That was no joke. She gave the exact same diagnosis and surgery method as the surgeon. The surgeon was kind. It was not even my face, but he explained everything by drawing out the nose and nostrils one by one. He told me what material had been used in my first surgery and explained the pros and cons, so it felt professional. Among all the hospitals I have visited so far, this was the only one that said I needed to build up the bridge of the nose. Because my face is sunken, they said fat grafting was not recommended. If I really wanted, they said jaw surgery would be better than just the chin tip, and that if I did only the chin tip, the tissue would be pushed backward and the face shape would not come out nicely. They said that if I did under-eye fat repositioning, forehead lift, or fat grafting, those would stick out together with the nose and I would end up worrying about the same thing again. So they said to build up the bridge and let it flow downward, and not to aim for a bussed-up tip but rather a semi-straight line. Because my face is a bit long horizontally, if the nose is designed too narrowly it would look even wider, so they designed it not to be too thin. They said it is autologous costal cartilage, but depending on the situation they would use donated rib cartilage. They were honest and said that because my skin is thin, a glamorous result is not possible. I already know the state of my nose, but hearing it from an expert felt like a slap in the face... So I liked that there was no overtreatment. My mom also said this was the best one. So even though I would use my own rib cartilage and pay money and go through the hardship, they said I might still not get the style I want. The reservation deposit is 100,000 won, but they said refunds for a change of mind are not possible. The date can be changed, and if not that, they said it can also be switched to another procedure such as filler or Botox. At least because they spoke so plainly and realistically, I felt trust.
