They were kind and spoke with professionalism during the consultation, so my trust level suddenly went way up. And they said if I wasn't satisfied after surgery, revision surgery would be possible, which made me trust them even more. There was no separate reservation deposit, and the other staff and the consultation manager were kind and nice too haha
