I was surprised because they were much kinder than I expected. There was a lot of talk in the reviews about them being unfriendly, so I was worried, but it was not as bad as I feared. Some time has passed since the consultation, and it was for a revision surgery consultation. They explained everything in detail and it was good. The only downside was that the timing didn't work out, so that was disappointing T_T
