I had surgery about 3 years ago, and until 2 years after surgery I was satisfied and doing well. I had the surgery with autologous dermis, but now too much of it has been absorbed, so the tip of my nose feels a bit lifted? I decided to have revision surgery again, and this time I am going to use autologous costal cartilage. We will have to see how it turns out this time, but I was so satisfied with the previous surgery that I rated it like this.
