I feel like the consultation manager here is ruining the hospital. She was an older woman, and before meeting the director, you first meet the consultation manager. Maybe because she tries to be friendly in the consultation, she speaks very casually. I felt a bit uncomfortable, but I tried to put up with it. Then when I said I wanted the nose line I wanted and also wanted revision eye surgery, she put her hand on my eye and pulled it around while saying firmly that it was impossible, cutting me off coldly. Every time I said what I wanted to do, she kept saying no, no, impossible, so much that I didn’t even want to keep going with the consultation.. So from the moment I met the manager, I already felt like this was a place to avoid.
