I went with my boyfriend for a consultation for his first nose surgery, and the manager spoke informally even though it was the first time meeting us, which I did not like.. The manager's consultation was longer too. It felt like they were half the doctor^^; They connected us with the chief director, and the consultation with the doctor was okay. But I went in not knowing any of the terminology or anything about nose surgery, so that was a bit disappointing T_T I am planning to visit two or so more places for comparison!
