The staff member kept cutting me off, and even when I went alone to have the stitches removed while I was still a student, they just left me there. But the moment my father arrived, they smiled brightly and treated me like a customer. The doctors were good though T_T They were kind and explained things well so I would not get greedy and ask for too much. It has all come undone now, though.
