About 5 years ago? I had nose surgery here, and the silicone was inserted incorrectly, crooked. From the bridge of the nose down toward the tip, it goes sideways instead of straight, so it is inserted diagonally and it is stressful. The silicone at the tip is偏 to one side. About a year later, I made another revision appointment and, to realign the silicone, I sent the cast of my original nose shape by courier at the very beginning, but the clinic received it and lost it. So I had no choice but to let the doctor just shave the silicone based on visual estimation, but while consulting, they saw me being corrected and said it would be better to do it after the correction was finished. Being young, I thought maybe that was right, so I ended up not doing it and went home. But I should have just done it then. As time passed, I no longer had time for surgery... so I am just living like this. The only advantage is that the surgery time was short and simple, so there was no burden. You just insert the silicone through the nostrils and that's it.. lol
