I went for consultation about facial contouring, and I paid the consultation fee, but the consultation was handled very carelessly, like, 'Nothing to trim here, I have surgery to go to, I need to leave.' They didn't even touch my face once.. I could clearly feel the lack of sincerity, so I just had the consultation and left.
