I had too much fat in my upper eyelids, so my eyes would not open well. I was torn between that and double eyelid surgery, and I got a surgery to remove the fat, I am not sure of the name, maybe a lifting procedure? The result is satisfying. My eyes became so well-defined that the other parts... seem lacking, which is the downside.
