I consulted with [Doctor A], and unexpectedly they were kind and made me feel comfortable, so the consultation went well without any discomfort. Unlike the other plastic surgery clinics I had been to, they didn't recommend a lot of procedures and only suggested the ones I really needed. However, it seems they don't do canthoplasty very often. Still, they clearly said what they thought I shouldn't do, which made me trust them. So I'm thinking about a date to get the surgery done here.
