They explained things well before I even asked questions. It seemed like they preferred doing it decisively if they were going to do it at all (making it higher), but that was different from what I wanted. When I said I wanted to make the shortcomings better in a natural way, without it looking obvious, they told me that would be difficult. I liked that they said what could not be done could not be done.
