I had a consultation for nose surgery 6 years ago. The doctor was very kind. It was my first consultation, so I didn't bring any reference photos of the nose I wanted, but they briefly yet clearly explained the key points: what the current issues with my nose were, how much higher the bridge should be to improve it, that the nostrils should be reduced a bit, and what kind of side profile shape would suit me.
