The consultation was seriously a 5-minute cut. Instead of saying it was possible, they wrote down the things that could go wrong after surgery on a form. Rather than thinking they were honest, it felt like evasive wording about post-op problems. The facilities were large, clean, and comfortable. The consultation staff also felt insincere.
