Surgery in early January 2021 / nostril reduction + bridge augmentation (ear cartilage) surgery I wanted to reduce the parts that felt like a slightly upturned nose? half-straight half-curved, with the alar base itself feeling wide and large. Because nostril reduction requires an incision in the nose, they also recommended slightly raising the bridge, so I went ahead with it. The result is that my nose feels big compared to my face, and from the front it doesn't stand out. From the side it stands out a lot. I plan to have it removed or revised. If I go in to ask for removal, they tell me it looks better than before and try not to remove it.
