It had been a little over 2 weeks since the surgery, and I went because I wanted to consult about the problem with my nose, etc., and about directions for improvement. But because of the swelling, the consultation coordinator said I could only come back after about 3 months when the swelling had gone down, and that I couldn't consult with the director, so I came back. There were hardly any customers, but the desk staff looked annoyed and felt unfriendly. While taking the CT, they were training a new employee, and the staff training continued during the scan.
