A while back I went along with a friend who was getting her eyes done and got a consultation too. It was my first surgery, but I was surprised because doing both eyes and nose was so cheap. Also, the doctor told my friend that her eyes didn't really need surgery, and when I said I wanted the lower outer corner done, he discouraged me from it. I thought that part was quite honest.
