The manager was just average... The director gave me the feeling of being consulted a bit carelessly.. I know he has a lot of experience, but the explanation was insufficient. It felt like, I will take care of it myself. He did answer my questions, but I got the feeling he wanted to end the consultation quickly. I was disappointed that the manager did not explain the aftercare or AS.
