The waiting time was short, and the director was very kind and had a lot of professional knowledge, so it was easy to understand. There was no pressure to pay a deposit. The doctor also clearly said what could and could not be done, and honestly explained how things would likely turn out after surgery, which made me trust him more. Even though both the doctor and the director were kind, the person at the desk who looked like Ji-ryeon was unfriendly and far too indifferent;
