I had surgery in January 2019, so it's been about 3 years now.. Back then, when I consulted with the doctor, I said I wanted it to look as natural and as unartificial as possible. I had a silicone bridge + hump correction + ear cartilage + bulbous nose correction + osteotomy! I'm now looking into revision surgery;; At first I was satisfied with the shape and height and lived with it, but at some point the silicone bent a lot and it looks bad
