It has been about a year and a half since my nose surgery. For the materials, silicone was used for the bridge, and ear cartilage was used for the tip on a septal support. I wanted correction for a short nose, so we went in a direction that would lengthen the columella a bit. I did not want anything too obvious, but I asked for a sharper nasal tip, so they put in a low silicone bridge and made the tip as thin as possible. After surgery, I remember the recovery room not being a private room, just several sofas separated by curtains. That part was not great, T_T. When I went for the checkup a week later after removing the packing, I suddenly got curious and asked what size silicone had been used, but the doctor seemed not to know either..? He just said, "You told us to make it low," and brushed it off with that lol. Honestly, I was not 100 percent satisfied with the nose shape during the first few months. I was about 80 percent satisfied, but I thought you should not be too greedy with plastic surgery, so I told myself this was a success and went on. But it was all residual swelling.. Now, more than a year later, it has come out exactly the way I wanted, and I am extremely satisfied~
