The hospital had an overall chaotic atmosphere. In the lobby, there were all kinds of photos taken with celebrities and streamers displayed on advertising boards. Before the consultation, they first take basic photos and a CT scan, then you wait. The waiting time was long. Since I said I had come from another region and had to take the train back, I did at least get moved up a bit sooner. The consultation manager explained things calmly and seemed to understand my needs. Then I went into the doctor consultation, and to put it bluntly, Director Ra Mi-cheo was full of confidence, like 'I decide for myself,' and it made me wonder if the people who choose this place do so because of that doctor's confidence. When the staff saw the papers from the other places I had visited and the consultation I had with the manager first, they sneered and laughed as if to mock me, saying, 'You really went around to this many places?' Then they kept talking, and the tone of 'Do you know this? Do you understand?' felt very belittling, which really upset me. So I asked whether, if I had surgery, it would be okay to aim for this kind of look, showing a screenshot of a nose, and they again gave a hollow laugh and said my nose couldn't be like that. They kept giving off an air of looking down on me. They kept saying things like, 'You don't have to do it here, but since you came all this way, at least listen.' I have visited many places and I work in service, where I also consult with customers, but this was the first time I had ever met such an unfriendly doctor.
