I had nose surgery in 2019. They did osteotomy, used ear cartilage for the tip, and did not reduce the nostrils. A lot of my friends had surgery there and the shape was so pretty that I went too, but when I went, the manager only talked about the price like a salesperson, which I remember finding unpleasant.. The director also felt like he was giving the same routine consultation he always gives ^^ My friends’ straight-sloping noses looked so good that I went ahead with surgery, and the conclusion is that it doesn’t look very straight-sloping. Overall, I’m about 50% satisfied and still living with it.
