First of all, the director was so kind and explained the surgery process and every question I had one by one, which I really liked. He explained that the surgery would be done using the septum and silicone, and I felt reassured and liked that. The consultation manager was also kind and nice, but mentioning same-day reservations repeatedly was a little burdensome.
