The doctor wasn't particularly friendly, but I got the impression that he was very firm, so I trusted him. The consultation manager was extremely kind, but it felt like they were trying to lure me in by saying I'd get a discount if I booked today.. The front desk staff were really not friendly at all. It felt good that they were only recommending the surgery I had actually been considering.
