First of all, I lost the desire to have surgery because of the head consultant. Maybe because of their youth? The tone and consultation felt like they knew nothing and only cared about the price. They kept negotiating the price on their own and talking on their own, and I didn’t trust them because they seemed lacking in professionalism. The doctor was cheerful and the consultation was okay. But I felt there was a lack of very detailed explanation, and the reason I’m writing this is that it would have been nice if the head consultant had been more serious. They seemed like the type of person who cared more about whether I would book right away or not, so I passed.
