There was a bit of a push for same-day booking, but overall the consultation was okay. The director is the kind of person who looks at details, and they explained the materials and so on very well. Because this is a revision surgery, I think a place that takes care of small things like this is good. The director only mentioned what was necessary and did not ask for any additional surgeries, so I felt reassured. They understood my needs well and paid a lot of attention to the line.
