It felt exactly like a textbook example of a big company: two buildings, spacious, and lots of staff. The director looked very busy even though it was the opening hour, but gave me a good consultation, and it seems better to go in with the style you want already clearly decided rather than focusing on specific surgery details. The manager was kind too.
