This was one of the hospitals I was looking forward to because I really liked the review photos. Even though I consulted about a no-implant option with only the tip using autologous cartilage, the quote was the highest. They recommended osteotomy, and this was the first and last hospital that told me my nose needed osteotomy. I did have a consultation, but it felt far too superficial, and I couldn't help wondering whether the doctor really caught what I wanted from just that amount of consultation.
