I had a consultation and it was fine. I was charged for the consultation, but they were thorough and detailed for the amount I paid, and I had two consultations. They told me in detail not to get certain types of surgery at any hospital. There was no extra fee for the second consultation, and they told me clearly not to touch anything else. The people at the front felt rather stiff, and it seemed like they never talked about the surgery cost? And when I left, they said, yes, you can just go. The way they said it was, um, a bit odd... But the director was good!
