I had my first nose surgery here. I didn't want implants, so I used autologous dermis and ear cartilage. I didn't really feel like I was receiving post-op care, and I had surgery to correct a bulbous nose and raise the bridge, but it turned out so natural that it didn't come out as the shape I wanted.
