A friend introduced me to forehead fat grafting, and they injected fat from my thighs. It was done under sleep anesthesia, and I did it because my forehead had always been such a source of stress for me. Almost six or seven years have passed, and although it has deflated a lot compared to before, I still think I made the right choice and have been satisfied with it.
