One month after surgery, I was so worried, but they showed me photos of septum removal cases and reassured me that recovery was fully possible and that I should not be anxious. They also told me that even if I don't have surgery here, I must do it after 6 months, and warned me not to go to places that say it will be a disaster if I don't remove it quickly at another hospital before then. Seeing the surgery case photos and how the nasal tip naturally returned gave me a lot of trust, but when they said they would never use silicone in the nasal tip and would use dermis or autologous costal cartilage instead... I don't think I will probably have the surgery here.
