The biggest advantage is that they do nose surgery without implants. In my case, I wanted to remove the cartilage and restore my nose to the way it was, but I was recommended to lower the nose instead of removing it, so the surgical method did not suit what I wanted. Still, they did make me think about the issues that come up if everything is removed completely. They said that if the surgery is done with dermis, fat grafting can be an option for what remains(?), but they did not recommend it if it was unnecessary. There is a consultation fee, but they spent a long time with me and showed me many photos. But the doctor seems to have a strong preference for his own surgical method? That is not meant in a bad way.. He said he has seen cases where operating exactly as the patient wanted led to worse outcomes.
