At the start of the consultation, I told them what I wanted, and the director first checked whether I could breathe normally through my nose and whether the columella was clean. I tend to get sick easily, so I liked that they looked at the functional side first and checked those things carefully. Among the places I have been, it felt like they recommended only the surgeries I truly needed, and from their explanation, the surgical method seemed the safest of the places I had visited, with a person who seemed the most confident in the results. Other clinics felt like they were only pointing out what was wrong with the shape, but here they pointed out the good points and seemed to explain it in terms of creating harmony around those features. They seemed to have a really deep understanding of the face, not just the nose, and the line they made was pretty and natural. The only thing that bothered me a bit was that I wished they had answered my questions more clearly about the surgical method. There was also a part of me thinking, just trust me. Aftercare was basically just coming back home and then returning for checkups after it was over, and they said that during surgery they would graft fat stem cells (?) so that scar tissue would not form easily. The consultation was long, and I felt like there was nowhere else among the hospitals I had visited with such a high overall understanding of the face. There was no pressure at all about the deposit or anything else, and they told me it would be fine not to do it, to think it over well and make a reservation if I wanted it. I am still thinking about doing it here, but I am a little worried about the durability of autologous dermis and ear cartilage.
