I thought my nose was not refined enough and also had functional concerns, so I decided to combine surgery, and I went there intending to have it done at this place. They had me hold up a mirror and check the angle with a protractor, and they also checked the functional side. In the end, they said my nose was already sufficiently pretty and that there was no need for surgery aesthetically or functionally, and that I absolutely should not do it. So I didn't even get a price explanation. They explained that if I got greedy with my current nose, the balance of my whole face would be ruined and my face would be damaged .. those examples they gave made sense. I also asked about other surgeries like fat grafting, and they explained the parts that were needed and the things I had been wondering about. These days, when I look around, there are so many pretty and beautiful people, and I went there having decided that my face really wasn't pretty, but they found my strengths and praised me, and I felt like I received mental healing.
