My revision nose surgery was a total success. The first surgery only corrected 10% of my bulbous nose, but they turned it into a very small nose. I was wary because it's a clinic advertised on Babitalk, but I went for a consultation after hearing it was a private clinic, and I'm glad I did. I wouldn't recommend it if you want a glamorous line.
