Consultation fee: 50,000 won The front desk confused the date, called me, and spoke to the person who answered in an obviously irritated tone. I was asleep because I was sick and answered the phone, so I asked if they could use KakaoTalk instead, but they pushed me, saying to just tell them whether I could come or not. At first I thought I had not canceled, or that I had set the date wrong. But later, when I reread the KakaoTalk messages, it was just the front desk's mistake. There was clearly a message three weeks before the call saying I would change the reservation, and the front desk had replied that they understood. I messaged, "I canceled the reservation, so why are you calling?" and they said, "Didn't you cancel it today?" When I explained that this conversation had happened on KakaoTalk three weeks earlier, they just replied, "Yes, understood," and ended it there. Among the clinics I consulted, this was the worst front desk ever. This was the first time a front desk made me not want to go to a clinic.
