Review

While I was in the consultation, I thought for the first time that I wanted to leave already. They kept holding me there and trying to make me understand. It wasn't just explaining the surgery method, but checking my condition and then explaining it with examples to fit that. Personally, the manager tried too hard to come across as friendly, and sorry, but I felt uncomfortable T_TTT
