I got lucky and the consultation date got moved up, so I went in for a chin-tip consultation. They explained kindly while looking at the CT. They said my retruded chin was severe, so I would need a two-stage advancement, and they expect 10 mm to 11 mm. If I get surgery, I think I will do it here.
