In the end, I did gain more than I lost, but... this was my third surgery, and the second one had ruined my face so badly that it was the only way to describe how destroyed it was. I had the second surgery at the hospital that later disappeared because of a medical accident, and they shaved my cheekbones down so much that my nasolabial folds and face were sagging like Ditto from Pokémon. That part improved a lot, really. My face width too... I was honestly worried because there were a few reviews saying my jaw looked like an underbite, but my jaw was already very recessed and shaved down, so taking more off actually made it look like a normal jaw. They did say to reduce it twice, but I thought if they did that I would end up with a really odd jawline, so once seemed enough. But I do have some hollowness in the cheeks. They say it will come back, but I am not sure if the area that got pulled up because of my liposuction is what is making it look that way... Anyway, I do not think it will come back, so I am thinking about fat grafting. It has not been long since the procedure, so the sensory issues are uncomfortable, but I am not sure. I guess I will have to wait and see longer. The staff did not feel particularly friendly, more like robots... The director did pay attention in some areas, but in parts where he said there was no problem, it seemed like he did not really listen to the patient's opinion.. When I said there was noise and pain from the cheekbone area, they paid attention and fixed it, but they would absolutely not admit anything about the cheek hollowing..
