The wait was not long, and both the doctor and the director were kind. I went for contouring consultation, and instead of forcing surgery on me, they explained which parts of my face would be better to improve overall, which I appreciated. They were clearly trying to explain things professionally, so I felt a lot of trust. They could not talk much longer because the next consultation patient was waiting, but they still spent almost an hour with me.
