I went around to 8 places including oral and maxillofacial surgery and dental clinics after scouring blogs and various cosmetic surgery sites, and decided on this place. At other places, they said the implant size was too large, so there would be no difference before and after, but here they said the difference would be clear, and they advanced it by 12 mm. What was amazing was that my chin, which used to be recessed, is now pushed forward. Jaw elongation was difficult in my current condition, so we decided to do it separately, and they said they would only take the anesthesia fee, which is 1 million won. A year after the surgery, my face shape feels slightly changed, and there is a bit of asymmetry. They said they would correct it at the next surgery. The tightness in my teeth is still there. I guess that cannot really be helped when you do double-jaw surgery or touch the jaw.. In any case, my satisfaction with the surgery is about 70 percent. I will write again after the second surgery.
