I consulted with Director Oh Min for nose revision surgery. The waiting time was long. The consultation with the staff took a long time, and the consultation with the director was short. They put a lot of pressure on me to book.

The manager was very kind and explained things in a friendly way. The director also explained things in a way I could understand. I felt satisfied because they did not seem to push surgery too much.
